This was a school-not an actual spa, which was evident the moment I walked in.(although it was advertised as a day-spa) Although very cheaply priced, the student who worked on me was not being supervised, and because of this,was unqualified to cut my hair(which I had to get "fixed" the next day). I was also ignored until it was time for my appointment, which began promtly 25 minutes late...
